At Prakruti Nutri Foods, we ensure quality in every product.

1. Returns

• Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
• Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

2. Refunds

• Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refund will be credited to the original payment method

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used products
• Perishable food items (unless damaged)

4. Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
